Hi I’m Karen,
I came into breathwork during a time when I was searching for balance—
emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Like many people, I was living in a constant state of stress,
and my breath reflected that—
short, shallow, and often unnoticed.
As I began learning breathwork,
I discovered something simple, yet powerful:
my breath was always with me,
and it was always responding to how I felt.
Through practice, I noticed real changes.
My anxiety softened,
my emotions became easier to manage,
and I felt more present in my body.
Breathwork taught me how to support my nervous system
instead of working against it.
It gave me a tool I can use anytime
to find calm and clarity.
What I learned is that breath is more than just oxygen—
it’s a form of communication within the body.
When we change the rhythm of our breath,
We change the signals we send to brain,
helping the body move out of stress
and into a state of safety.
