ONLINE—One-on-One Client-Led Sessions
Each person’s healing journey is unique, and in our time together, you lead the way. I’m here to gently support you, holding a safe and nurturing space where you can connect with your breath, your body, and whatever comes up—at your own pace, in your own way.
Client-Led Group Breathwork Sessions
In these shared sessions, each participant is honored in their own process. While we come together as a group, you’re always encouraged to stay connected to your individual journey. I hold a safe and supportive space where you can explore, release, and reconnect through the breath—surrounded by community, but always led by your own inner rhythm.
Private In-Person Group Breathwork Sessions
Gather with your closest friends, family, or community for a shared breathwork experience in a safe, supportive space. Though we breathe together, each person is encouraged to stay connected to their own unique process. I gently guide the group while holding space for personal reflection, release, and healing—so you can feel both held and free, together.
